We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Title Clerk/Office Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations, as well as providing administrative support to our dealership's office operations. Key Responsibilities Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently. Ensure all title documents are completed in accordance with state regulations and dealership policies. Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and title documents. Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, and government agencies regarding title-related matters. Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phones. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred. Previous experience in automotive title processing or office administration preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
