We are seeking a VP to join our Creative Strategy & Insights team to help shape stories across a variety of clients. As a VP, Creative Strategy & Insights, you'll help lead clients, lead teams and inspire creatives. You can put yourself in the shoes of other people—going beyond insights to make ideas human, impactful, and unexpected. You'll be part of a team of writers, strategists, and other mixed background creatives, pushing the work as we build the agency for the next ten years.

This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in Los Angeles.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $140,000-$160,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
