A leading hospital system in NYC is looking for a looking for a Digital Signage Desktop Support Engineer who will be responsible for new deployments and the quality of our digital signage system. This includes validating that signage systems have appropriate configurations, connectivity, monitoring and training new users. Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest digital signage technologies, industry trends, and emerging innovations. Apply this knowledge to ensure best practices are being upheld. Project Management: Lead and coordinate the implementation of digital signage projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Serve as liaison to vendor partners. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality of signage products and testing processes to ensure that digital signage solutions provide a good user experience, are reliable, and meet industry standards for security. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture, technical specifications, and operational procedures. Train internal teams on the use and maintenance of digital signage solutions. Monitoring: Work with internal teams to develop proactive monitoring systems using Solarwinds. Ensure operational teams know how to acknowledge and act on alerts. - 1+ years of experience working as a Desktop Support Tech or AV Technician - Strong technical background in areas such as display technologies, networking, and software deployment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders and working with individuals in a large / diverse organization. - Ability to lift 25+ lbs
