JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Specialist position will promote and support the client during ENT surgical procedures. This is a PRN/1099 role. The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support of the client's devices during the surgical procedures within major US hospitals having close interaction with surgeons. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during and after cases
- Interact one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts
- Train surgeons and staff on the product
- Collect and report data from surgical cases
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients
Skills & RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years working in the Operating Room - Required
- Clinical experience in ENT - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - preferred (Sciences or Medical degree)
- Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed
- Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- High attention for detail and excellent follow through
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilities
- Ability to adapt and willingness to change

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- While performing the duties of this job, CS is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; up to 8 hours per day.
