Job Title: - : Workforce Software Job Location: Mississauga (onsite) Joining mode: : : Long termJOB DESCRIPTION•Work experience in Work force software for more than 4 years with configuration specialist certification- PT102 and interface certification -PT103 and Report Specialist certifications •Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language •Experience in working with complex system architecture Involving SF and SAP. •Through Experience and Expertise working in Complex integrations between WFSSAP, SFWFS. •Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process. •Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently. •Good understanding on the workforce system flow . •Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level. •Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions,Roles,Premiums,TCP, Settings etc. •Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage) •Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export •Good communication skills both Verbal and written. •Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging •Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred. •Good Knowledge on SQL query and in Reporting .
