About the job Call Center Technician I (Remote ) US ONLY Education and Experience
- Plus would be experience working in Cable.
- People who have call center experience are best for this role, this is NOT an IT role or Network related.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities
- Technical Call Center, running a rebuild for the network.
- Open and close tickets - make sure ticket info is correct, open it and start the process and close them out at the end of the day.
- Use internal ticketing system.
- Ensure all devices that were online at the beginning are online at the end, if not they need to troubleshoot.
- Ability to look at 4-5 tools and check what on and offline.
- Excel is needed for tracking and updating.
- Heavy email communication and chat.
Note: Location: Remote but may require onsite work in Atlanta - must be local and vaccinated
