We are seeking an experienced Order Selector to help us efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in our Elizabeth, NJ warehouse. If you thrive in a team-oriented setting and enjoy working with a high level of accuracy, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Hourly Rate: $19/hrShift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to pick and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications
• Inspect products for quality and verify correct quantities
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Perform routine equipment maintenance checks

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification and experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
