Level of Responsibility and AuthorityCoordinate IT work orders with IT Manager and outside IT network consultants. Coordinate staffing interviews. Inventory and prepare requisitions for office and janitorial supply items and correspond with vendors and customers as necessary. Job Duties
- Professionally answer phone calls and direct call where needed
- Data Entry
- Filing, hardcopies and electronically as needed.
- Maintaining main copy machine and its supplies.
- Coordinate IT work orders with IT Manager and outside IT network consultants.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation and Safety training.
- Maintain and ensure that HR and payroll documentation is completed timely and accurately for all employees, including I-9's, W-4's, insurance applications etc.
- Forward all new hire documentation to HR in Wisconsin office.
- Coordinate and maintain job descriptions.
- Maintaining records, while keeping employee filed confidential and secure
- Conduct on-going training as necessary at the direction of the Arizona Plant Manager.
- Act as liaison with staffing companies, including coordinating and participating in interviews for staffing needs.
- Maintain Insperity automatic timecard system. Ensure punches are complete and accurate.
- Report schedule deviations regarding exempt employees at the Tucson facility to HR.
- Forward all Insurance and 401K forms to HR in Wisconsin office.
- Handle employee benefit questions and other HR related questions.
- Participate in Anti-Harassment investigations swiftly and confidentially, report facts to Arizona Plant Manager, HR Generalist, and Vice President of Strategy and Performance
- Plan Company lunches.
- Inventory and maintain office and janitorial building supplies as required.
