Job Description

We are seeking a Laboratory Manager to work at one of our facilities. The position will lead the Lab operations, managing, monitoring, and maintaining department operations in the area of Laboratory to promote effective and efficient department performance and high quality service. As a Lab Manager you will be responsible for:

* Directing and coordinating all technical and quality control activities of the Branch and promotes effective use of all related personnel to achieve the highest quality

* Evaluating, selecting and applying standard scientific techniques, procedures and criteria to existing product lines to discover cost reductions and/or new applications

* Promoting our Corporate Vision and Guiding Principles to achieve the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction

* Maintaining open communications with all other departments within the Branch in all matters relating to achieving quality, sales and profit objectives.

* Assuring that Branch management and Corporate R&D are aware of all major quality and technical issues

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

* Have 5 years of ink related experience.

* Show 4-8 years of technical experience plus 2 years of supervisory/management experience

* Understand basic manufacturing operations and the basic aspects of printing technologies

* Demonstrate strong MS Excel working knowledge

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

* Previous experience within the Ink Industry while using SAP.
