This position will be attached to Production Control and work with the PC1s to ensure job orders and material flow through manufacturing is unimpeded.* Certified to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.* Know how to navigate an ERP System.* Ensure product issuance and moves in ERP System are done properly and resolve discrepancies when discovered.* Receive materials, and supplies and verifies product quantity and quality* Ensures document record retention requirements are met to support product certification* Oversee backflush locations* Oversee Fab shop parts- stock parts, pull panel, sheet metal, extrusion, and raw metal stock. Issue material to set up routers and HAAS for continuous runs on machines* Ensure manufacturing Kanban locations are replenished* Oversee dunnage and waste removal requirements* Oversee and maintain hazardous material and shelf life material.* Know how to read SDS sheets.* Perform and resolve inventory issues out on the manufacturing floor* Resolves inventory and ERP system discrepancies to ensure accuracy* Manage part shortage and exception list through ERP System and Excel* Improve material flow through manufacturing* Perform Part Capture and Control activity to support engineering change incorporation* Performs various housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and free of safety hazards.* Works cooperatively with other employees to accomplish production flow goals.* Follows all safety rules and regulations when completing job responsibilities.* Ensure products are packaged per ATA 300 specifications.* Additional duties assigned by the Production Control Supervisor
