The Siena College Academic Success Center (ASC) is accepting positions for a full-time Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and community members seeking information about academic support services, advising, and academic policy at the College.

The Office Coordinator will manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in traffic to the ASC office; provide administrative support and maintain the budget accounts for the ASC and the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs; coordinate the hiring, training, and supervision of student workers in the ASC; prepare, update, and maintain ASC publications and social media accounts; schedule and proctor make-up exams; compile reports and initiate email/appointment campaigns using various academic technology platforms; assist with ASC programming and events as needed.

Salary: $21.41/hour

Requirements:

A successful candidate should possess a high school diploma (or the equivalent); strong communication skills and a tact for effectively and responsibly interacting with internal and external constituents; experience with posting content on social media; proven budget and organization skills; proficiency with Google suite (docs, sheets, slides, forms, etc). Experiencing using Banner and Canva is a plus. A background screening will be required.
