Our client in Cambridge is seeking a Facilities worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the experience and skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities

Location: Cambridge, MA.

Pay Range: 19.89

What's the Job?

• Plan and manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, entertainment, and décor.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to client guidelines.
• Create and maintain detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth execution.
• Source and manage vendors, ensuring quality service and timely delivery.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as an Event Planner, with a focus on offsite events.
• Strong understanding of event planning principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
