• Education: Associate degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a healthcare professional setting involving patient or customer interaction. Previous medical or eye care experience is preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and staff professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn company-specific software.
  • Professional appearance and appropriate business attire.

• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Comfort with working in darkened rooms for image capture.
• Willingness to perform in-home screenings at patient residences.
