Your expertise will ensure that our production capabilities are always at their peak, even in emergency situations. What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment, reporting any abnormalities to your supervisor. You will respond to emergency work order requests and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed. Additionally, you will execute scheduled maintenance tasks and manage work order requests efficiently. You will collaborate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency, and a safe work environment. Your duties will also include conducting predictive and periodic maintenance, adhering to local, state, and federal codes. You will handle snow removal and building maintenance tasks as required, ensuring the safety and security of the building and its surroundings, including monitoring security systems. Maintaining cleanliness in the maintenance shop and spare parts storage areas using 5S practices is essential. You will participate in self-development and training of maintenance staff and others, exhibit safety awareness, and follow safe work practices, including lock-out tag-out and arc-flash prevention protocols. Communicating critical issues during shift turnovers and reporting to supervisors or maintenance leads will be part of your routine. You will also follow maintenance SOPs and process instrument calibration procedures, maintaining accurate records.Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent education and work experience is preferred. Technical certification or recognized trade licensing in electrical and/or mechanical fields is also preferred.
