Description Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report on-site on a full-time basis. The Role Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift We are seeking an Operations Supervisor in the warehouse distribution center to oversee daily operations, manage our represented workforce team, manage inventory, ensure quality control, and supervise the receiving of inbound shipments. This team member must be able to rotate into first and second shift, given the business needs. This leadership role requires ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the timeliness of shipments to our customers. The ideal candidate for this entry level position is professional, has managerial courage, willing to learn the business, a problem solver, and demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.Within this role the Operations Supervisor position is a leadership role that will be supported with on-the-job training, professional development and opportunities for career growth. Additional Description Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd as determined by business needs
- Must be willing to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
- Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate
