• Department: Virtual Patient Monitoring
• Schedule: Full time, night shift, working 3 12hr shifts/week from 7:00pm - 7:00am, rotating weekends and holidays, self-scheduling (Training will be scheduled for day shift and last 3-4 weeks before moving to night shift)

Responsibilities

Provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients.

• Monitor patients by use of video monitors.
• Communicate and/or instruct patients by use of 2-way audio device.
• Notify clinical staff of any changes in patient condition and/or safety risk level.
• Complete documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors and other safety & comfort related issues.

Requirements

Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:

Preferred Credential(s):

• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
