Scope of Work
Assist in the coordination and management of the daily operations of Employer Services and Healthwave. Responsible for planning and coordinating HealthWave activities and employer relations. Promote Lakeland Care as a resource and provider of health management programsfor business and industry clients.
Qualifications
+ Required High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Preferred Associate's Degree
+ 6 months of relevant experience and /or successful completion of a phlebotomy training program. Required
+ 1 year of relevant experience working within a health care environment or in worksite health or an applicable community outreach or health and wellness setting. Required
+ 2 years of relevant experience in an health care environment or community outreach, or worksite health or health and wellness education. Preferred
+ CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
+ CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
+ LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire preferred
