Job Description: Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system; audits output data. Job Duties: Identifies missing information and verifies and updates files to include all relevant data. Evaluates accounts and data to identify errors and make corrections. Maintains and revises lists, control records, and coding schemes for processing source data, and audits output data to ensure control totals are correct. Reviews files, tabulates results, prepares statistical reports and maintains indexes and related files. Processes and distributes output forms and reports. May be involved in coding activities, calculating and checking batch totals and related clerical tasks. Experience and Education : Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
