The MYPAC Therapist provides best practices, abides by MYPAC guidelines as set forth by DMH, quality clinical services, ensures all documentation is completed per Payer's, state licensing agent's, COA, & HCA's standards and established guidelines. must have a minimum of 5 clients and a maximum of 20 clients and be a fulltime MYPAC therapist.   

  • Communicate with customers, colleagues, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address service barriers.  
  • Develop treatment plans with the input of the child/youth and family and the Clinical Supervisor. In the event that the child/youth in enrolled in Wraparound Facilitation, the therapist will actively participate in the development of the ISP in the first family team meeting and will continue meetings on a monthly basis.  
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, wellness, recovery and resilience activities, and skill building as outlined in the Treatment Plan 
  • Implement Health Connect America and DMH approved therapeutic interventions as delineated on the treatment plan with clients and their families. 
  • Complete all client documentation within established time frames. 
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings and monthly family team meetings if Wraparound Services are involved.  
  • Link the client and family with specific services and resources as identified in the treatment plan. 
  • Serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies as related to the client.  
  • Complete monthly reviews of the treatment plan if Wraparound Services are not involved.  
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for clients as per program requirements. 
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulatory bodies & COA standards.  
  • Participate in and complete all assigned training and professional development activities, including E Learning courses.   
  • Participate in the PQI process and strategic planning process. 
  • Employee will include sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics in providing treatment services.  
  • Employee must Independently transport self in his/her own vehicle to provide services in the in- home/community-based service milieu, attend meetings; and, if absolutely necessary, transport clients occasionally.  Employee must agree & accept this job duty requires him/her to maintain a current driver's license, a safe driving record, current vehicle insurance; and maintain his/her vehicle in safe operating condition at all times.   
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and mission of the Company.   

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
  • Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
