TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Portland, Oregon, 97213 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Per contract Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: COVID vaccination primary series and one booster Job Description: - Home Health RN for East Portland and surrounding areas. - Shift arrangement is 8-hour days. Facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. - Patient visit ratio is 1:1, with up to 6 patients per day and a standard of 30 productivity points. - First-time applicants are welcome. - No weekend or on-call requirements. - Floating between like units is not required. - Facility does not accommodate block schedules. - Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius, with the same rate consideration. - Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. - The system groups clients well to minimize drive and windshield time.
