Emergency Medicine physician job in California : TeamHealth has an opportunity for a full-time emergency medicine (EM) ultrasound director to join as core faculty and part of the EM team at Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Ventura County, California. Ultrasound core faculty will have protected administrative time to lead the ultrasound division for the residency program. If you have a passion and skill for resident education, you are just right for this role. Qualified candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine and have successfully completed an ultrasound fellowship. HCA/Los Robles Regional Medical Center is dedicated to GME and the training of future physicians. In addition to the EM program, there are residencies in internal medicine (IM), neurology, anesthesia, surgery, and a cardiology fellowship. There are opportunities to teach ultrasound to these programs as well. The hospital has a brand-new simulation center and GME space that is well-equipped for ultrasound teaching, including new ultrasound machines in the emergency department.
