JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Review, interpret, and enter data from select incoming forms into the appropriate accounts. - Assess accounts for eligibility of new Benefits Cards and complete the issuance process in the designated system. - Move documents between designated folders on the network to maintain organized records. - Manage updates to participant accounts, including enrollment, renewals, terminations, and Benefits Card maintenance. - Process Health Savings Account customer identification program (CIP) documentation, account closures, transfers, and other associated updates. - Conduct manual client renewals as necessary. - Engage with participants on a limited basis to communicate updates regarding processed items. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks. - Strong data interpretation skills, with the capacity to work with various data formats. - Experienced in managing multi-step processes and adept at working with various systems and media. - Average to above-average typing and 10-key speed and accuracy.
