Join Our Team as a Payroll Manager!Are you an experienced Payroll professional ready to lead a high-performing team? Wedgewood Weddings is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the entire payroll process and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience with ADP systems, and enjoy working in a collaborative setting, this is the perfect role for you!What You'll Do:
  • Manage and supervise a payroll team of 2 or more staff members.
  • Oversee the semi-monthly payroll cycle-handle pay calculations, direct deposits, terminations, promotions, reimbursements, and special allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state tax obligations and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with HR to address payroll-related issues and lead new system implementations when needed.
  • Prepare and review 401(k) audits and other company-wide reporting (weekly, monthly, and annual).
  • Audit payroll records to maintain accuracy and reconcile quarterly payroll taxes.
  • Recruit, train, and support payroll staff while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide payroll-related training to other departments as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of payroll management experience, including supervision of 2 or more staff.
  • Expertise with ADP Workforce Management and ADP time and attendance systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting.
  • Experience working in multi-state retail or service businesses is a plus!
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working outside regular business hours when needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
