Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, replacing/repairing tires, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
- Evaluate customers' vehicle needs, working quickly and efficiently with the Subaru Express Service Writer
- Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicle's condition using the Subaru Express Service inspection form
- Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services
- Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations
- Contribute to a fun team atmosphere
- Master products, services, and company knowledge through Subaru Star-U training programs
- We will train you to do alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance services
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Position Requirements
- Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a drug test
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of how automobiles work
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to work efficiently with Express team
