Responsibilities

Fabrication Production Team Members will be performing a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility including:

• Standing for extended periods of time to stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms
• Our fabrication work environment is cold and damp.
• Process and break down pieces for packing
• Remove meat from bone for further processing
  • Cut, trim and skin to specifications
• Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, skinner machines, etc.
• Must wear protective safety equipment.

Qualification

• Beef processing experience preferred
• Knife experience
• Stable work history
