Our client is seeking a Director of Operations to become an integral part of our leadership team!Responsibilities include: Management of employees and hands-on operation of the company's in-house manufacturing/production functions including fabrication, assembly, inventory, purchasing and shipping/receiving. Support on-going continuous improvement activities related to manufacturing operations. Ensure that manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for safety, quality, delivery and cost. Work closely with COO and executive management on creation and execution of manufacturing plans, goals and future project innovations. Play active role in senior level negotiations with client companies and manufacturing partners.
