We are looking for a seasoned Product Merchandising Manager, who will be responsible for implementing an elevated product and assortment strategy for VRAI. In partnership with marketing, product development and design, and our creative team, you will manage VRAI's product journey from planning, through launch, to analysis. This role is highly visible, and will present to the executive leadership team. You will be key in pushing VRAI into the top 10 jewelry maisons in the world.
Responsibilities
* Develop an elevated assortment strategy, benchmarked against top jewelry brands.
* Deliver product launch forecasts using trend analysis relative to competitors and consumer demand.
* Own website and in-store merchandising presentation in collaboration with crossfunctional groups, according to trends, inventory, and company goals.
* Perform gap and price analysis on current assortments and deliver product roadmap strategies.
* Create and present data-driven design briefs to executive leadership focused on sellable and cost-conscious diamond-heavy products.
* Train internal stakeholders and third-party marketplace customers, ensuring product launches are synced and cohesive.
Requirements
* 5+ years of diamond jewelry merchandise experience in the fine jewelry industry.
* Solid commercial understanding both in retail and E-Commerce.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to present to leadership.
* Impeccable attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple product initiatives at one time.
* Must be highly adaptable and able to thrive in start-up environments.
$100,000 - $140,000 a year
Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
