Job Responsibilities:
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
- Provide remote and on-site server/workstation technical support.
- Assist team in monitoring ticketing queue and support requests.
- Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and any other related devices.
- Identify, report, and respond to potential cybersecurity threats.
- Open and follow up with tech support from vendors such as ISP, consultants, etc.
Job Requirements:
- 2 or 4+ year degree with IT related courses.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical employees.
- Certifications such as A+/ Network + / Microsoft are preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's license
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
