What are we looking for?We are looking for an Event Warehouse Coordinator. The Event Warehouse Coordinator will work with the sales and marketing team to support the needs of our growing business. They will assist in the logistics and execution of 50+ trade shows Clear Touch and their affiliated brand host and participate in. They are responsible for managing the event warehouse with trade show equipment and supplies, as well as keeping accurate inventory. This position will need to be able to pack, organize and arrange for supplies and equipment to be shipped to shows throughout the US. The Event Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ordering necessary supplies for trade shows by working with trade show management companies, and scheduling shipments and freight. This position will report directly to the Event Manager.You will be overseeing the following essential responsibilities.WAREHOUSE
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete daily logs into inventory and shipments
- Pack and prep supplies for trade shows and events in sprinter vans, or crates
- Distribute marketing materials including brochures, slip sheets, trade show attire, and giveaways to Clear Touch staff and resellers
- Keep event materials organized with up-to-date inventory
- Transport supplies to trade shows within an eight-hour radius of the home office
- Schedule shipment with logistics company
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Meet with event attendees to discuss materials needed
- Create and communicate out tracking and pre-event information
- Order supplies such as electric, material handling, etc. for trade shows
You will catch our attention and be our preferred candidate if you have the following:
- 1-2 years of experience in event logistics or organizational experience
- You are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- You have advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You have the ability to lift 75 lbs
Extra credit points will be granted if you have the following:
- BA/BS degree in logistics or event management
- Knowledge of trade shows and its logistics
Physical and working conditions of this position include the following:
- Potential for travel to meetings and activities throughout the region with the possibility of periodic overnight stays that are scheduled in advance.
- Ability to drive a freight line sprinter van and/or 26ft box truck.
- There is no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions apart from weather-related travel conditions.
- Sedentary work exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; driving; participation in a variety of activities in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
- Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, grasping, typing, talking, hearing.
The hiring range for this position is $19.24-$21.63 per hour. Other benefits include the following:
