Skills: Ability to handle both production and service, working 4-5 shifts per week. Expertise: Well-rounded pastry experience including plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking cakes, making ice cream, etc. Attitude: Positive demeanor, ability to take direction, and a genuine passion for the food industry.
