Job Overview: You will be responsible for our firm's invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts receivables/payables, and recording info into QuickBooks. Responsibilities:
- Enter payments/payroll info into QuickBooks
- Enter Account Receivables and Payables to QuickBooks.
- Monthly and quarterly reports
- Update and track sales.
- Creating invoices and sending to clients.
- Reviewing all invoices to ensure they are accurate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business or Accounting.
- General understanding to bookkeeping tasks
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of excel.
- Focused, not easily distracted and strong ability to pay close attention to detail.
