This team will be responsible for the development & standardization of IT project management processes. The Team will support IT leaders in project execution for initiatives supporting our US Businesses. Have you ever been on a Project Team that struggled to manage work tasks, maintain timelines & submit project status reports? In this role the Senior IT Project Analyst will work collaboratively with Leadership to build & standardize project work management processes. As this is a new team, we are looking for a results-driven leader who works well with others to create new processes that align with the Organizations strategy. This position will need to collaborate with all levels of the organization & be able to work in a dynamic environment supporting technical and business team members. Organization, Communication & Collaboration are key. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Implement the best IT Project Work Management policies and processes to ensure consistent project delivery, leveraging Adobe Workfront functionality where applicable.
- Independently manage projects of various sizes and scopes, leading project planning activities, risk management, project monitoring and stakeholder communication activities.
- Partner with the IT Project Manager on highly visible projects, assisting with maintaining project management documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process gaps and develop project management strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Consistently Champion Workfront - drive insight & recommendations to US team members on how Workfront can enable them to successfully manage their project.
- Drive team excellence through training & best practice adherence.

Requirements REQUIREMENTSEducation
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Project Management experience required.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Experience
- Demonstrated 5-8 years of experience in a professional setting, which would include 1 -2 years of project management experience.
- Past IT team experience a plus; familiarity with Infrastructure & SAP ERP concepts will be beneficial.
- Adobe Workfront Experience a plus.
- Effective leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Ability to motivate others & work collaboratively.
Specialized Knowledge
- Adobe Workfront experience or familiarity is a plus
- IT Related Experience (Infrastructure, SAP, other)
