As our business grows, so must we. We are seeking an innovative, skilled marketing designer to join our team and play a key role in visually communicating our brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-quality visual content that includes landing pages, emails, and event marketing materials to drive engagement and revenue. This is a hybrid role/working environment.Responsibilities
  • Develop unique, stand-out advertising creative, in video, animation, and still formats.
  • Lead the design and development of sales pitch decks and update content as needed including email headers, infographics, blog headers, and eBooks.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing and copywriting team to create compelling & engaging social media content and social images.
  • Design interactive landing pages, and other web content for sales and marketing usage.
  • Plan and strategize campaigns surrounding email and social channels.
  • Create short form video content, including reels, social videos, and gifs.
  • Test the responsiveness of all assets for all platforms (i.e. email templates, websites, landing pages, etc.).
  • Assist in copywriting for emails, eBooks, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with video editing and production needs, as necessary.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline with 3 years' job-related experience in supporting and executing digital marketing and graphic design programs.
  • Experience using email marketing systems, content management systems, CRM systems (Salesforce) for delivering and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of brand marketing, research, and strategic planning.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator as well as other digital design tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and accept accountability for own actions and business results.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and integrity in work ethic.
  • Successfully manage organizational change initiatives.
  • Willing to participate on video calls/team meetings via web camera.
  • Reliable attendance is a must.
