We are seeking a Manager of Talent Development - Remote (prefer Austin, TX) who will have tremendous impact as they provide thought leadership on key talent management processes such as annual performance review process, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. This role will be instrumental in accelerating talent management and development in support of Hangers strategy, purpose, vision, and values. The Manager of Talent Management will support Hangers strategic priority of being an employer of choice in the orthotics, prosthetics, and allied health field.
Your Impact:
- Provide thought leadership on key talent management processes such as annual performance review process, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Contribute to and potentially lead large-scale career path and employee development programs which are transforming our workforce
- Recommend talent solutions addressing the necessary adjustments using your exceptional influence, communication, and relationship skills
- Provide Talent Management thought leadership as we work to launch our new HCM system
- Consult with a variety of people across our various business units, and across HR, when there is a need to change the skills, knowledge, or behaviors on their team or in their organization
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Management professionals to deliver high quality talent management processes and key employee development programs
- Other projects as our teams scope grows, and/or our business needs change
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in talent management
- A minimum of 3 years leading talent management professionals
- Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid drivers license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hangers Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Pay range of $85,000 to $115,000 annually + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
