Made in the USA, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on most products. Job Summary We are looking for a Operations Support Specialist that will report to the Operations Planning Manager. This specialist will support order management, expedites, scheduling, assembly, operations, and warehouse to ensure operational activities and priorities are ready to support and deliver schedules and information between sales, manufacturing, and operations. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains communication with sales, production, and operations departments to support and assure timely and efficient production preparation in alignment with operational priorities for on-time delivery.
  • Reviews and responds to sales/customer ship date inquiries and expedite requests.
  • Tracks and maintains part shortages/delays that affect orders and communicates delays cross departmentally.
  • Maintains Late Order Report and communicates new timelines and updates to Sales Team.
  • Assists with execution and communication on New Product timelines and part changeovers.
  • Maintains project timelines and deliverables for operations for large customer rollouts and communicates with sales on lead times and updates.
  • Assists with scheduling priorities in production and operations departments and adapts schedules to greater business needs and strategies.
  • Attends and participates in daily/weekly project and interdepartmental meetings as assigned.
  • Provides back up to the Operations Planning Manager and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Provide internal customer service as needed including research, analytics, and improvement activities.
QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in manufacturing/production in operational or admin support role
  • Advanced knowledge of general MRP/ERP used in manufacturing and production management and current computer/office communications technologies,
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to be resourceful and propose solutions and connect with others in the business proactively to achieve optimal results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills including strong grammatical skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
  • Extremely well organized, with high attention to detail, yet able to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills to quickly identify issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
  • Self-Starter, proactive, and able to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction
Hourly Rate: 24.00 - 30.00 per hour Benefits:
