It will require developing an ecosystem that connects end-client content development and distribution to key initiatives across Janney's Private Client, Wealth Management, and Capital Markets Groups. You will work closely with the broader marketing team to drive the evolution of our end-to-end content capabilities, spanning creation, review and approval, and omni-channel distribution across all touchpoints of contact, including, but not limited to digital, advisor-intermediated, print, etc. This role will focus on using data-driven insights to continually optimize the content strategy, so we are delivering the right message, to the right clients, at the right time through their preferred channels.What you are good at:Integrated Content Marketing: Building and leading a comprehensive content strategy that drives key firmwide initiatives, and operationalizes planning, delegation, execution, and performance reporting.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhancing client engagement through deep partnership and alignment with advisor-facing business groups and functional areas including Information Technology and Operations.Content Innovation and Scale: Enhancing foundational capabilities through innovative distribution and personalization of content, leveraging new techniques such as modular content capabilities. Deploying technology to scale content delivery and distribution.Data-Driven Insights: Using client insights and metrics to continually inform and optimize the content strategy and develop more personalized experiences.Delivering a Top-Notch Client Experience: Thoughtfully integrating content to enhance the overall Janney client experience.Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee content strategies that are sized to and prioritized to key business objectives.
- Work hand in hand with PCG, Wealth Management, and Capital Markets leaders to develop content market strategies aligned to business goals. Serve as the lead point of contact to provide guidance and advisement to business stakeholders.
- Drive the set-up and implementation of new content strategy, in coordination with Brand and Advisor Marketing teams, agency partners, and other related workstreams.
- Build omni-channel content distribution methodologies that increase client engagement.
- Deliver timely content strategy insight reports that continually inform the development and distribution of client content.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendar for client marketing that aligns to business objectives and client insights.
- Lead weekly marketing editorial meeting to ensure all content meets deadlines and takes advantage of omni-channel distribution.
- Write and edit content as needed; serve as final approver on all client content.What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 10 years industry experience and understanding of advisor-intermediated business
- Experience with implementing best-in-class content management systems
- 5 years of people management experience
