Field Service TechnicianNO TRAVELLocation: Odessa, TexasTEMP TO HIRE12 Hour rotating shift (4 days on 4 days off)Job Summary:As a Field Service Representative, youll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenanceexpertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. Thismission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including catalytic oxidation,wastewater clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO) and filter press separation.Key Characteristics (Highlight characteristics required to succeed in the role)? Conduct maintenance and calibration activities? Consult with shift lead and site management? Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills? Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications? Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceDuties & Responsibilities (List 5-7 essential functions for the role, focusing on broader responsibilities)? Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance? Conduct critical and preventative maintenance and calibration activities on equipment.? Take samples and support the Lab FSR in performing analytical testing such as: pH, COD, DO,Ammonia, ATP, TSS, 30-min settling tests, Phosphorus, in addition to various other site-specifictesting requirements.? Support the Lab FSR in reviewing lab data and make appropriate process changes based uponplant conditions and laboratory results.? Utilize forklift as needed for plant operations purposes? Monitor, adjust and maintain chemical injection systems? Support the maintenance team in maintaining inventory of spare parts and adequate supply ofchemicals and replacement parts.
