Responsibilities:
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite along with website and internet tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both on the phone and in person one-on-one
- Strong math background needed to estimate product cost
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle many tasks and interruptions within a short period of time while providing positive, personalized customer service
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry inclusive of managing multiple accounts including processing and expediting orders, quoting, coordinating timely deliveries, and maintaining inventories
- Ability to coordinate interaction between the customers and multiple departments including handling complaints and quality concerns
- Must be able to prioritize, organize, and follow-up based on given timelines
- Mechanical ability to understand diagrams and machine limitations along with a willingness to learn the entire plant flow
