Days and hours of work can fluctuate, work week runs Monday through Friday and hours are 40 hours per week.$28-$35Monday-FridayMust be able to work within the core Shop hours of 7AM-4:30PM40 hoursKEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduction Inventory ResponsibilitiesTracking, Entering, and Reconciling production material (paint, epoxy, beads etc.) used daily & weekly, while calculating mil ratesResponsible for inventory purchasing and maintaining vendor relationshipsResponsible for verifying all shipments received, reconcile and match purchase ordersNote all inventory entries to monitor application rates, millsReport Daily on usage rates and work with tank monitorsMaintain stocking levels and re-order points for all inventoryResponsible for overseeing weekly physical counts and tracking resultsShop ResponsibilitiesCheck daily reports and dashboard for accurate fuel transaction and issue reportingSchedule appointments with vendorsAssist in maintaining the tracking and scheduling of maintenanceMaintain all shops filing and recordsRun reports, enter data in appropriate spread sheets for accounting purposesUpdate truck files for consistency across systemsMonitor GPS for any issues/contact support when neededCoordinate apparel and promotional printingOrder and maintain all decals for trucks and equipmentReviewing and approving invoices ordered by this positionVarious other admin and ad hoc dutiesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree preferred but not requiredExcellent computer skills (Excel, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite)Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter/problem solverExcellent communication and people skillsBENEFITSPaid holidays, and PTO.
