Job Description Job Title: Client Relationship Manager Status: Exempt Role Overview: In the Client Relationship Management role, the selected candidate will play a critical role in driving maximum value for our client accounts; taking full ownership of client retention and account development. Upon joining Aither the Client Relationship Manager will adopt key stakeholder relationships with clients, vendors and referral partners and will be responsible for reviewing and auditing service performance of team members and ensuring targets and satisfaction levels are met. Primary Responsibilities would include:
- Confidently present a partnership role in the implementation process right from the start of the onboarding process with clients, to show a dedication of interest and investment in learning, and contributing to help build a sense of growth of the client's vision.
- Works directly with Aither's implementation team on timing of project management and launch deadlines to include new vendor relationships and/or plan changes.
- Work directly with clients on annual renewals process by initiating and participating in interactive meetings and ensuring that all deadlines are communicated and met.
- Define the clients needs to enable unique and effective servicing that would allow Aither to differentiate itself from other potential TPA's and build retention & growth.
- Responsible for maintaining up to date client and vendor information on ah!ub.
- Develop tools and reporting to provide project management, drive outcomes provide status updates and address concerns/issues for each client.
- Develop a routine of checks and balances to closely monitor efficiencies in honoring contract provisions to help build a high level of client success which would lead to growth and retention.
- Has ultimate responsibility for the oversight and day to day operations of the team.
- Build a strong working relationship with other Aither associates and offer corrective coaching when necessary, and develop new training methods to support the client.
- Effectively manage the full team of associates and be able to delegate projects and time sensitive requests in order to maintain the highest success levels in production and client retention.
- Develop and monitor client cost savings by working with the stop loss team on individual and aggregate stop loss reporting and relaying this information on a proactive basis to the client.
- Takes initiative and engages in problem solving activities to improve operational workflows across for the whole organization.
- Participates in call management and internal communication boards (i.e. group cliqs) to ensure that service level standards are maintained.
- Based on business needs, hours outside your normally scheduled shift may be required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements What you'll bring:
- Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Understanding the evolution of self-funded insurance from it's genesis
- 3-7 years of industry experience
- Talent to communicate clearly - when you explain it, people get it

- PC and Windows experience
- Ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions
