• Provide personal care services to clients as identified by the agency in the plan of care per agency policies and procedures
• Assist with activities with daily living which may include the following: Assistance with personal care and hygiene Support with mobility Light Housekeeping Doing errands and transportation Meal Preparation Companionship, and other responsibilities
