Position Details: --- Title: Remote Operations Center Operator --- Location: Austin, TX --- Shift: 12am-12pm or 12pm to 12am with a 4:3:3:4 On:Off rotation --- Compensation: $85k + Signing/Relocation Bonus $2000 --- Travel: None. --- Benefits: Company offers a fantastic benefits package to include medical/dental/vision insurance, 14 days of PTO, 5 floating holidays in addition to standard federal holidays, extensive room for career growth and development, 401k with 4% match, and much much more! Position Description: You will stand watch in the Remote Operations Center and monitor all installed company ESS systems worldwide. Conduct data analysis to include power unit performance, capacity cycles, state of charge/state of health of batteries, battery pack voltages, and input work orders as appropriate or provide immediate notifications should abnormal situations arise. --- Follow all operating procedures/guidelines for the ROC Team and make recommendations for improvement. Adhere to ALL safety protocol and achieve or exceed goals, annually. --- Learn critical skills related to field operations/maintenance to better understand onsite operations. --- Perform remote site commissioning and acceptance testing as needed. --- Rotate to assist in various areas of operations, engineering, administration, and manufacturing functions to gain a broader knowledge of the company's processes. --- Provide troubleshooting, support and security monitoring to customers on as needed basis. --- Provide feedback to product development and design engineering teams for hybrid systems. --- Provide operational support for operational projects post COD Requirements: --- 5+ years of combined work/college/trade school experience with an emphasis on electro-mechanical or related field experience. --- Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally interface with customers. --- Experience with data analysis, trend analysis and performance evaluations. --- Effective communications both internally and externally to include presentations and training. --- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screens, as required.
