Full Job DescriptionJob#: 2051863Job Description:Job Description: Seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales CoordinatorMust Haves:At least 1 year of HVAC product knowledge1-2 years of computer experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, and inventory management systems.)1-2 years of Customer Service ExperienceResponsibilities:* Operate cash drawer and follows established cash handling procedures* Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)* Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up* Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised* Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas* Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills* Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers' expectationsQualifications:* 1-2 years of sales experience* HVAC knowledge of products* Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise* General math skills to allow for cash accounting* An ability to learn is a must have!* Excellent decision making and communication skillsShiftMonday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm 1-hour unpaid lunch possible 4 hours on Saturdays depending on business needs.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
