  • Salary Range: 30-50 Per Hour

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Distribution Management: Oversee the entire process of supply chain planning and distribution to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations) Process: Drive the SIOP process and lead production planning activities.
  • Global Demand Forecasting in SAP: Maintain and update a global demand forecast in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • ERP Support: Identify and resolve planning errors within the SAP ERP system.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of data to enhance process optimization and maintain consistency in operations.
  • Forecast and Metrics Analysis: Analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and generate regular metric reports for decision-making.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and execute effective inventory management strategies to align with business goals.
  • Production Planning: Create, manage, and adjust production plans based on current demand and capacity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various business units to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Analyze data regarding sales trends, inventory, production capacity, and transportation costs; present findings to management.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with global partners within to drive supply chain excellence.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team and represent the supply chain function in leadership discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • 10 years of experience in medical device/supply chain management.
  • 3-5 years of experience with master production scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, including business process understanding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
