Praescient Analytics is looking for a Development Program Manager to join our team supporting the Return Review Program (RRP) for an IRS contract. RRP is a mission-critical, automated system that is part of the IRS's tax processing pipeline component which detects and selects potentially fraudulent returns to prevent/stop the issuance of invalid refunds. RRP maintains an integrated data warehouse that stores return data and taxpayer information for data mining, runtime scoring, scheme development and research. It incorporates multiple analytical techniques to detect anomalies for fraud and non-compliance, allowing RRP to improve the analytics each Filing Season to help the IRS identify increasingly sophisticated tax fraud.This position is based in Lanham, MD but can be supported fully remotely.Primary Responsibilities:Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and scrum masters to help design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
