Description Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into our databases and systems. Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files. Generate reports as needed for management and team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity. Assist with additional administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
