We are seeking talented and team-oriented associates to join our luxury senior living community, Balfour Central Park, located in the popular Central Park neighborhood in north Denver. Position Summary:

As a concierge, you will work at the front desk and provide five-star quality concierge services. You will be an ongoing resource by proactively anticipating the needs of our residents so a solution can be offered before being requested. The Concierge responds to each of our residents and visitors, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident. The successful candidate will also provide support to the life enrichment and administrative staff. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals who are team oriented, dedicated, and enthusiastic about working with seniors.

SCHEDULE: Part time Weekends Fri. Sat. Sun

Your qualifications include proficient typing and computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, previous experience operating a switchboard with a multi-line system desired, demonstrated problem solving skills, demonstrated experience working in a customer focused role, ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment, ability to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with others while maintaining a customer focus to treat everyone with respect and integrity.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS include the ability to walk or stand the duration of your shift, lift a minimum of 30 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs. of resistance and work weekends and holidays as needed. You may be exposed to unpleasant odors, contagious diseases and blood borne pathogens.
