Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct new hire orientation training.
- Track all training requirements in the I-learn system to ensure they are completed as required and any past-due trainings are addressed.
- Coordinate with the Safety Manager to ensure all safety and environmental training is completed per requirements.
- Ensure that all contract associates perform required regulatory hands-on training (i.e. LTT) & fork truck certifications as needed.
- Manage Skill Demonstration & Cross Training matrix in coordination with the area supervisors.
- Perform regular Job Cycle checks / Practice vs Procedure.
- Manage contractor personnel as related to meeting Quality Control Standards. / Perfect Pallet, etc.
- Perform regular Quality Control Audits. Recommended one per week during normal operations.
- Complete any miscellaneous tasks associated with job scope.
