Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Description: Responsible for data entry and maintenance of client rates. Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients and set up and manage tax codes. Update withholding and unemployment employer identification numbers for clients. Work within internal databases and Salesforce to ensure data integrity. Update database with accurate and timely information. Facilitate new client onboarding, including verifying client data, and importing demographic and pay history data into tax applications for new customers. Manage Tax codes, including but not limited to adding tax codes and inactivating tax codes. Complete special projects as assigned by management. Hours: Employees will need to report to the Schaumburg office from Monday through Friday from 7:30 PM to 4:30 PM - fully on-site Looking for: 1+ year of office experience 40+ words per minute test Strong data entry skills Strong attention to detail - accuracy Ability to multi-task Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work with deadlines and goals About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
