Matura Farrington is partnering with a prominent firm in Los Angeles to fill an immediate opening for a skilled Intake Analyst. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to leverage your organizational skills and expertise to support the firm's billing and compliance processes.
This role requires a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in a large professional services environment. Initially, the position will require in-office training for five days, followed by one day in the office each week.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including tables, pivot tables, charts, and basic functions like VLOOKUP and conditional formatting); familiarity with Word is also necessary.
- Experience with case management or billing software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to set up and maintain client-related records and guidelines.
- Manage cost exceptions and handle billing edits to resolve discrepancies.
- Establish and enforce billing rules in accordance with client requirements.
- Ensure all necessary documentation for client onboarding is collected and tracked, following up as needed.
- Review reports to add new team members to relevant projects in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute reports on client and project metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist with additional projects related to intake and billing as required.
